Weekly Zoom Yoga Classes!

  • Mondays 9-10AM
  • Tuesdays 6-6:45PM
  • Wednesdays 8-9AM
  • Fridays 9-10AM

Yoga practices are suitable for all levels- with accessible modifications and challenges for all. The class begins with the peak pose in mind- beginning with breath and body awareness, moves through postures to strengthen, lengthen, prepare, and enhance well being. Each practice ends with savasana (rest) and 8-10 minutes of guided meditation.
