Yoga means to connect. Connect breath to movement, inhales to exhales, mind to body, thoughts to actions. Connect to your heart to your greatest needs. Yoga is so much more than just the poses.

My years of experience have collided into a beautiful blend of teaching awareness of ourselves and conscious actions we take to maintain and improve our quality of life. These choices matter a lot.

I have blended my work as the Stress Management Specialist for recovering heart patients at New Hanover Regional Medical Center, my career in higher education, yoga practices, and my own philosophy about living the life you love to help others do the same.
